Extremely pleased with the service Callum and his team provided. Being 5 hours drive away from the renovation meant that I couldnÔÇÖt check in personally to see the works progress but was kept updated with photos and emails throughout. I cannot recommend CDS Builders highly enough. We were originally supposed to have an orangery built by another company which they totally messed up and luckily Darren and Callum were on-site knocking down an internal wall for the orangery. They helped us to sort out the mess from the other company and then agreed to take on the extra work of planning and building a new extension. They worked tirelessly throughout lockdown to source materials and have built an extension we are thrilled with. They are tidy, efficient and their attention to detail is fantastic. CouldnÔÇÖt have had better builders. Thank you!

Darren, Callum and Jason came and fitted new ceilings in four large rooms. Callum then plastered the ceilings and went on to do the walls in three additional rooms. They worked hard and diligently, keeping me informed as they progressed and everything was completed to an exceedingly high standard. This is the second time I’ve used their services and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They’re always polite, friendly, full of good humour and open to any suggestions and concerns you may have, and happy to share their knowledge. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

Darren and Callum did great work. Everything was itemized and cost in advance. The project started off small, but we found so many issues it took a lot longer than anticipated. Darren and Callum stuck with it until the problems were resolved. I had been through a few builders before I found CDS Builders who were very reliable, unlike the others. High-quality workmanship. CDS Builders and Joiners provided a full breakdown of costs from architects’ spec and were not put off by Edwardian houses with Edwardian plumbing. Worked hard to completely repair my house after a burglary which destroyed most of the property. Were very patient with me and in waiting for the insurance company to reply to me and did a really good job. we hired CDS builders to do a complete refurbishment on a very run down property. Darren and his team did a wonderful job to a high standard, you would not recognise it compared to what it was.
